Service Information



Check in time is after 4:00pm

We can sometimes accommodate an early check –in or late check –out, however this will need to be arranged prior to arrival and may incur a fee.


Check out time is before 10:00am.

On check-out please lock the apartment and leave the keys in the lock box. Please ensure that all lights are switched off and heating is placed on a low setting or off. Cutlery, dishes and glasses should all be left clean and the furniture put back in its original place. Bins should be emptied and all refuge placed in the bins at the backdoor of the apartment block. This will ensure no additional cleaning cost will be incurred.



Housekeeping staff are scheduled to come to the apartment on certain days of the week. To find out which day your apartment will serviced please call our office during office hours 9am – 5:30pm. 0141 292 6040

If you require any of the following please contact the office:

  • High chair – £25 per week
  • Baby cot – £35 per week
  • Extra Servicing (Light clean) – £30 per day
  • Extra Servicing (Cleaning & change of linen – £50 per day



You have been provided with one set of keys. Please ensure these are safe and secured in the lock box before your departure. Please note door codes will change for each booking, Charges will be applicable if keys are not replaced.



Please note that it is your responsibility to insure any personal property. Signature Serviced Apartments accept no liability for any loss or damage to personal items. Please ensure you remove all personal items before departure.

Please report any lost items to our office immediately. We will endeavour to do our best to try to retrieve any such items but cannot be held responsible for your personal possessions.



Pets are not permitted in any apartment unless otherwise stated.



All of our apartments are non-smoking.


Temperature Control and Hot Water

Each apartment is fitted with its own thermostat where you can adjust the temperature. You can also change the temperature of the apartment by controlling the individual radiators in each room. Please be respectful to the environment as to usage and turn lights off and heating down when leaving the apartment.


Luggage Storage

We cannot store luggage at this site prior to arrival or after departure as we do not have secure facilities available.


In the event of a fire

Please exit apartment and muster across from the apartment. Call 999 for the Fire Brigade.
