This lovely two story house is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, in a quiet East Kilbride estate. There are 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one further single bedroom, all decorated to a high standard. All linens and towels are provided.

There is a separate well-equipped kitchen available for guest use, as well as a reasonable sized bathroom that offers all of the essentials, including an electric shower.

There is also a large cozy living room, complete with a dining area, everything you need to relax after a long day of work or play.

Feel free to snuggle up on the couch and watch the flat screen TV, and use our complimentary WiFi to plan the next day’s adventures!

Guests will be able to enjoy a home away from home experience during their stay with us.


Guest Access

Guests will have full and unrestricted access to the entire property during their stay. There is an allocated parking space and on street parking is available for multiple cars


The Neighbourhood

The property is set in the Greenhills district of East Kilbride. It is  just 5 minutes from the local supermarket, along with several other shops, bars and restaurants. Mallard House is minutes from all major motorway links, and Glasgow, Euro central and Strathclyde business park are all just a short drive away.

There are many local parks and attractions close by for guests to enjoy, including The Hub EK where there are many well known eateries including Nandos, Bella Italia and Chiquitos, as well as an Ice-skating rink and an Odeon Luxe Cinema.
